Shipping

Orders will be shipped within 5-10 days of purchase unless otherwise noted. With the current pandemic and overwhelming shipping volume, international orders may take 1-2 months for delivery.

Paintings are unframed and packed in cardboard boxes with packing materials to protect the product during shipping. I try and reuse intact cardboard boxes for shipping when possible. Please note: There are a few framed, hang-ready paintings available in the specials section of my shop.

Depending on size, prints are shipped in either an acid-free sleeve inside an unbendable cardboard mailer or a cardboard mailer tube.

Greeting cards are shipped in an acid-free sleeve inside an unbendable cardboard mailer.

Calendars are shipped in a bubble-protected mailing envelope.

I will ship to the address you provide during checkout.

Customs & Import Taxes

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

If you receive a damaged package, you must keep the damaged box; I can immediately file a claim with the shipping company. They will need to see the box & product to launch their investigation.

Additional charges such as customs duties are not included in the price of the product. The buyer will have to pay the extra expense since the policy is different by country.

Care Instructions for Paintings

Never hang your paintings outside, in areas of high humidity, or near any heat source. Please make sure that you clean your hands before handling any painting.

Do not place anything on top of the canvas or lay your canvas with the front facing down.

How to tighten a loose and saggy canvas painting:

If over time you notice the canvas is starting to loosen and sag, you can try the following:
Spray an even, fine mist of clean water or distilled water on the back of the canvas. The canvas should tighten up when it dries. Never use any chemical cleaners to clean your painting.
