About Me

I am a contemporary painter and illustrator. My work is shaped by my upbringing in the rugged beauty of the Rocky Mountains. As a child, I wandered through mountain peaks, lush forests, and babbling streams, absorbing the profound beauty of nature that surrounded me.

My artistic journey weaves together a rich tapestry of experiences, blending formal education with independent exploration. Influenced by diverse artistic styles such as Surrealism, pop art, and folk traditions, my work is enriched by my academic background in Anthropology and Wildlife Conservation.

The landscapes of the Western United States and its wildlife form the heart of my creative vision, offering endless inspiration and themes that resonate deeply in my art. Each piece I create is not just a visual expression but a reflection of my artistic growth and personal journey.

Step into my world where vibrant colors dance and compositions exude whimsy and elegance. I strive to imbue every artwork with elements that are both ethereal and thought-provoking, inviting viewers to engage deeply with each piece.

While I primarily work with oils and acrylics, I also enjoy exploring the nuances of watercolors, gouache, pastels, and fiber art. My current works explore the essence of mountain and desert landscapes, as well as the enchanting wildlife that inhabits these regions.

My artwork can be found adorning gallery walls across the nation and featured in public installations worldwide. I am proudly affiliated with the Women’s Caucus for Art and Cowgirl Artists of America. I reside in Seattle, Washington—a place that is not just my home but also my sanctuary for artistic expression.
